Trial ready advocacy, personal attention, results that hold up.

Results and recognition

A record built in
negotiation and at trial

Insurers track which firms file, and which firms fold. We prepare every case as though it will be tried, and that preparation is what moves the number on the offer. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Practice areas

The cases we handle
every single week

If your injury came from someone else's decision, there is likely a claim worth reviewing. Tell us what happened and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.

Car and truck collisions

We reconstruct the crash, secure the reports, and handle every adjuster call so your record stays clean.

Rideshare and passenger claims

Uber and Lyft policies layer in confusing ways. We identify each policy and pursue all of them.

Pedestrian injury cases

Crosswalk and signal evidence disappears fast. We move early to preserve video and witness accounts.

Bicycle and scooter cases

Riders are blamed by default. We build the file that shifts the fault analysis back where it belongs.

Premises and property claims

Falls, unsafe stairs, and poor security. We document the hazard and the owner who let it stand.

Catastrophic injury matters

Brain, spine, and long recovery cases need life care proof. We bring in the experts who supply it.

Our process

How your case moves
forward from here

You should know what happens next before you hire anyone. Here is the path we follow on every case, and the point at which you decide.

  1. 01

    Talk with an attorney

You reach a lawyer, not a call center. We listen, answer your questions, and tell you whether a claim makes sense. There is no cost for this call.

  2. 02

    We take over the file

We notify every insurer, gather records and reports, and preserve evidence before it disappears. Adjuster calls stop coming to you.

  3. 03

    We build the full value

Medical costs, lost income, future care, and the parts of life you lost. We document all of it with treating providers and outside experts.

  4. 04

    We negotiate or we file

If the offer is fair, you decide. If it is not, we file suit and prepare for trial. Nothing settles without your approval, and you owe no fee unless we win.

Common questions

Answers before
you pick up the phone

Still unsure? Call (415) 555-0142 and ask. The call is free and there is no obligation.

What does it cost to hire you?

Nothing up front. We work on contingency, which means our fee comes out of the recovery and there is no fee unless we win. The percentage is written into your agreement before anything begins.

How long do I have to file in California?

Most personal injury claims carry a two year deadline, and claims against a public entity can require notice within six months. Deadlines vary by case, so call early and let us confirm yours.

Do I have to go to court?

Most cases resolve without a trial. We prepare each one as if it will be tried, because that preparation is what improves the offer. If we do go to court, we walk you through every step.

What should I do before we speak?

Get medical care first, keep every bill and record, photograph what you can, and avoid giving a recorded statement to the other insurer. Then call us and we will handle the rest.

What if the insurer already made an offer?

Early offers usually arrive before the full cost of an injury is known. We will review the offer at no charge and tell you honestly whether it is worth accepting.

Can you take my case outside San Francisco?

Yes. We represent clients in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and throughout California, and we regularly accept referrals from other attorneys.
